The Samaja has eight editions at Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Rourkella, Kolkota, Vizag, Balasore and Berhampur. The founder of the samaja, Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das, was a freedom fighter and social reformer.
